Substance use evaluations are requested for a variety of reasons beyond OUI/DUI, including by employers, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Probate Court, and professional licensing boards. What to Expect

Each evaluation is conducted via Zoom and includes a clinical interview and review of any relevant documentation provided. Timelines, scope, and deliverables — including how long the evaluation takes to complete — are determined based on the nature and complexity of the request. All evaluations are HIPAA-compliant and conducted with strict confidentiality and discretion.
