Online Individual Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy encompasses a variety of psychological techniques aimed to help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts and behaviors. It is a medically based intervention for diagnosable metal health conditions. Psychotherapy is heavily regulated by state agencies and can only be provided to residents of Massachusetts and New Hampshire at this time.
Modalities Used: Mindfulness based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths based, solutions focused, family systems, positive psychology & energy psychology.

Substance Abuse Evaluations and Consultations
Substance Abuse and Risk of Recidivism Evaluations for the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles
Substance Use Evaluations are frequently required by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles after DUI or OUI offenses. These evaluations are conducted via a Zoom interview after a complete review of provided documentation and intake paperwork.
The “risk of recidivism” refers to an alleged offender's likelihood of reoffending regarding driving violations related to substance use. A patients' risk of recidivism is determined based on the clinician’s assessment of the OUI case, the patient's history, and other factors.
Substance Use evaluations may be requested for alternative reasons including DCF and Probate Court
A deposit is required in advance to confirm your appointment and is non-refundable. Since these evaluations are performed for legal purposes and not for medical treatment, they are not covered by insurance

Professional Consultation and Clinical Supervision
Ashley provides clinical supervision to LCSW’s for LICSW licensure at a rate of $125hr
Ashley is available to provide clinical consultation on substance use disorders as well as speaking and teaching engagements. Please reach out to arrange a meeting to discuss the particulars of your project.
